Minimum Viable Touch 

For now, to comply with COVID 19 safety measures, I have suspended all physical adjustments. Once the risk is gone (let's be hopeful that it happens soon!) I will use Minimum Viable Touch to help students make the most out of their practice: Minimum viable touch means that I mainly use one or two fingers to adjust a position. If I use the palms of my hands or my hip in a bigger adjustment, I often act like a wall or a solid structure for students to lean into - I don't push students deeper, that’s up to them.
