Group Bellybreakdance Yoga


Aside teaching Yoga I am a Bellydancer and Breakdancer. Join me and learn some moves at your own pace while practising Yoga, they have a lot in common! It's fun, but you will get your side-crow fast and loosen your shoulders in this class.

We'll talk about your goals and how I can help you reach them, whether to touch your toes, manage a headstand or relieve stress. I will tailor a sequence for you using elements of Vinyasa and Gravity yoga, taking account of any injury or specific areas you'd like to work on.
